At Always Couture Bridal Boutique, your days will be spent in our bright, welcoming studio surrounded by stunning wedding dresses. You’ll work one-on-one with brides during consultations and fittings, guiding them through the exciting process of selecting and perfecting their dream wedding look — from choosing the right silhouette and style to ensuring every detail feels just right.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

You’ll conduct personalized bridal consultations, listen to each bride’s vision, and help her discover gowns that make her feel confident, radiant, and beautiful on her big day.

You’ll assist with fittings, provide expert styling advice, coordinate alterations with our talented seamstresses, and ensure every bride has a seamless, stress-free experience.

You’ll manage appointments efficiently, follow up with clients, and help maintain our high standards of customer service while meeting sales and production goals.

You’ll collaborate with our small, friendly team in a supportive environment where everyone helps each other succeed.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in bridal, formalwear, or wedding retail (highly preferred) with a strong understanding of gown styles, fabrics, and trends

• Warm, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport — even with excited or nervous brides

• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments

• Open to training and feedback to represent our studio’s consistent standards

• Able to work on-site with us in West Bloomfield
