Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated whenever availability allows, but if you’re looking for a dedicated, uninterrupted experience, we encourage you to reserve your appointment in advance.

We recommend beginning your gown search at least eight months before your wedding. Each gown is created to order, and production timelines vary depending on the design, fabrics, and detailing. Rush commissions may be possible depending on your wedding date and material availability.

Because our gowns are bespoke and crafted to your individual measurements, we are proud to accommodate brides of all sizes.

Our boutique sample gowns currently range from sizes 6–16. However, our experienced stylists are skilled at helping you envision the fit, silhouette, and proportions of each design, regardless of the sample size available. With expert styling and a little couture finesse, we can help you discover the gowns and silhouettes that make you feel your most beautiful and confident.

Alterations are available through our in-house sister company, Always Alterations, located within the boutique.

We offer professional alterations for wedding gowns, special occasion dresses, menswear, and everyday clothing. We also welcome gowns purchased from other boutiques and retailers.

For bespoke gowns created by Always Couture, minor alterations within the scope of the original design are included in the gown’s price. Changes that go beyond the original design or significant changes in the bride’s measurements may incur additional charges. Alterations for off-the-rack gowns and garments purchased elsewhere are priced separately.

We recommend scheduling alterations within 10 weeks of your event to help ensure the best possible fit.

Yes. We offer three private appointment options, each tailored to your preferred setting and guest count.

• Private Styling Session: A personalized styling appointment for up to 4 guests, with a champagne toast.

• V.I.P. Atelier Suite: An elevated private appointment for up to 6 guests, featuring a bridal hair trial, champagne, and a curated selection of sweets and hors d'oeuvres.

• Bespoke Design Consultation: A private design consultation for up to 3 guests, working directly with designer Lyanna Harris to begin creating your custom couture gown.

Absolutely. We offer a curated collection of bridal accessories, including veils, jewelry, headpieces, undergarments, jackets, and shoes to complete your look with elegance and intention.

Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made after this window and no-call/no-shows will incur a fee. All bridal gown and accessory sales are final due to the custom nature of our pieces.

Yes. A 60% deposit is required to begin your gown order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your gown and prior to any final alterations or adjustments.

For additional flexibility, we also accept Afterpay, which allows eligible clients to apply for financing and choose a payment schedule that works for them. Financing is subject to Afterpay’s approval and terms.

Your stylist will guide you through the complete payment schedule and available options during your consultation, ensuring everything is clear and seamless from the moment you say yes to your gown.
