Scheduling in advance guarantees one-on-one time with a dedicated stylist, the opportunity to bring loved ones, and access to our exclusive luxury appointment options. While we do welcome walk-ins on Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, availability is limited and priority is given to pre-booked appointments.

We suggest starting your bridal gown search at least six months before your wedding. Custom gowns typically take 10–16 weeks to arrive, and alterations may require an additional 8–10 weeks. For brides on a tighter timeline, we offer a selection of ready-to-wear gowns and expedited alteration services.

Our boutique carries a wide range of sample sizes, from size 4 to 30, ensuring that every bride can feel confident and celebrated while trying on gowns.

Alterations are available through our in-house sister company, Always Alterations, located within the boutique. Our expert seamstresses specialize in both standard and custom fittings. Alteration fees are separate and vary depending on the gown and scope of work needed.

Yes! We offer three appointment experiences designed to fit your vision and guest count:
Duchess Dress Appointment: Up to 4 guests, includes a champagne toast.
Princess Dress Party: Up to 6 guests, includes a champagne toast and assorted sweets.
Queen’s Dress Whirl: Up to 8 guests, includes a champagne toast, charcuterie board, and assorted sweets.

Absolutely. We offer a curated collection of bridal accessories, including veils, jewelry, headpieces, undergarments, jackets, and shoes to complete your look with elegance and intention.

Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made after this window and no-call/no-shows will incur a fee. All bridal gown and accessory sales are final due to the custom nature of our pieces.

Yes. A 60% deposit is required to begin your gown order, with the remaining balance due within 45 days. Your stylist will walk you through the full payment schedule and options during your consultation.
