At Always Alterations, located at 33060 Northwestern Highway in West Bloomfield Township, MI, your days will be spent in our bright, welcoming studio surrounded by stunning wedding dresses. You’ll work one-on-one with brides during fittings, take precise measurements, and perform expert alterations — from simple hems to more complex adjustments on bodices, waists, sleeves, and delicate layered fabrics like lace, satin, and beading.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

• You’ll conduct fittings, pin garments, and make alterations using the high-quality sewing machines, tools, and materials we provide.

• You’ll focus on delivering flawless results that make every bride feel confident and beautiful on her big day.

• You’ll work efficiently to meet our weekly production quotas while keeping the highest standards of quality and consistency.

• You’ll collaborate with our small, friendly team in a supportive environment where everyone helps each other succeed.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly skilled with advanced sewing techniques and experienced with bridal or formal wear (this is a big plus!)

• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable

• Friendly and respectful with clients — even when brides are excited or a little nervous

• Open to constructive feedback and willing to adjust techniques to match our studio’s consistent standards

• Able to work on-site with us in West Bloomfield
